A Word Game Like No Other!

Picture
  •  A brand new, patent-pending method of play never seen before in a word game where the words you create act like your darts as you use them to try to hit or avoid certain targets along your path to the winning goal.  Your highest-scoring word isn't always your best choice.
  • All players play at the same time so there is no boredom waiting for your turn.
  • After each one-minute challenging playing round, there is a short scoring round which allows players a little time to relax and socialize.
  • Each round you receive all new letter cards and a new roll of a die (which determines that round's word length) to ensure that every hand brings new opportunities.
  • There are no pens or paper needed to play this game and the average game time is about 30 minutes (15 for the "Quick-play" version).  The game board, visible to all, is your score board.
  • It's a great brain exercise where your vocabulary, spelling, number, and logic skills are tested.
  • The game involves strategy, taking chances, and a bit of luck.
  • Everyone has a chance to win - not just the word mavens!
  • An amazingly simple variation allows adults to be able to play with kids without compromising the challenge for anyone.  The playing field is completely leveled.  Really!  You will have to try your best to beat your kids!
  • Highly educational.  A must-have in your family game collection.

Here's what the players are saying:

  •  "This is probably the best word game I've played (not counting that venerable oldie, Scrabble). It's fast, easy, and doesn't play like a typical "spelling" game! The heart of this game is, of course, spelling words. But you really don't have to be a great speller to enjoy and win Bull's Eye.   I feel like this game could easily become a "classic". After only three plays, I think it has great re-playability, and will appeal to both serious word-gamers, as well as the party-gamer crowd.  My wife and I give it two thumbs up!"  Kevin Swingruber (Battle Ground, WA).  Read the whole review.
  • "If you like word games, go find a copy right away."  Dave Banks (GeekDad.com)  Read the whole review.
  • "I really enjoyed Bull's-Eye as not only was it very fast paced, my spelling skills gave me a slight edge over my friends who attended PAX with me, who can typically beat me in a typical board game where tactics are normally the dominant factor.  Having a good vocabulary of words and how to spell them is a definite asset to the game, and I can see it being very effective as a teaching aid for both teachers and parents.  (A good house rule for parents is to let the kids spell words of whatever length they want, but have the adults follow the restrictions of the die roll)  It also makes for a good party game as it is both fun and quick, so players don't have to dedicate the entire night to playing it."  Greg Baker (British Columbia, Canada)  Read the whole review from the 2012 PAX Convention.
  • "The game was easy enough to learn, and after a few rounds, I was hooked even more." Tammy Tsang (TL-dr.co reviewer)  Read the whole review.
  • "Bull's Eye is better than Scrabble, better than Bananagrams . . . not only is it my new Scrabble, but my wife of 30 years won't play Scrabble with me (hasn't for a very long time), but we played two games of Bull's Eye as soon as I showed it to her!! Can't wait for their next game!"  Ken Coomes (Mar 2013)
  • “1,000,000 times better than Scrabble”  Eric Dunfee(Mar 2013)

  • "Doug and Nilda, thank you so much for coming to my son's school today. The game party was a success, and the kids absolutely love the game. It is so nice that there are different levels of play, so that kids of all ages can enjoy it. How neat that the kids learn strategy, vocabulary and math all while having fun! My 5 year old loves the game as much as my 2nd grader. This game is really changing the way board games look, and we love it. The 2nd grade team has enjoyed the game so much that they are interested in purchasing several copies in addition to having a game night."  Kristen Boos - Vancouver, WA (Dec 2012)
  • "We have only had the game for a few days, but so far it has been out on the kitchen table for most of that time.  We've had everyone from our eight year old to grandma playing together.  It's great to have a game that is fun as well as educational!"  Jessica Scott - Portland, OR (Nov 2012)
  • This game is terrific!!!  We bought this game and received a valuable game tip from their web site:  On the web site, they included an on-line video demo on how to play the game particularly, with children. We were concerned that our 7 year old daughter would become frustrated if she could not feel like she was on a level playing field with her limited vocabulary and spelling skills. They suggested that the adults roll the dice while our daughter play without the dice rolling component. It worked like a charm! She won the first game and our daughter absolutely fell in love with the game. We love it because it is challenging enough for us and it reinforces what our daughter is learning in school. She is developing her vocabulary, spelling skills and her math skills- all in one terrific game. It is more fun than Scrabble and now the the whole family has an educational, fun game that we can all play together. We are very pleased with the purchase!  The DeCarlo family - Vancouver, WA (Oct. 2012)
  • I can't think of a more exciting new product than yours! Great work you guys! I should have gotten your autographs!  Thanks for taking the time to educate us about your game! Your excitement and passion are palpable plus it was so easy and fun to learn!  We will be looking for your continued success while teaching our boys the joy of words using this fun tool when they get a bit older."  Josh Svenhard - Portland, OR (Oct. 2012)
  • Cool! It's ok that we didn't win the raffle since me and my grandma bought the game when we played with you 2 days ago. Remember us? Well, I’m going to be playing the game when my sister comes home, and I played it more then 10 times already since we got it! You guys are great at making games! Thanks for bringing Bulls Eye into the world! :-)  Lissy T. - Vancouver, WA (Sept. 2012)
  • "My wife & I have played 5 games. We both like it for a lighter fast moving word game. We have played three 2-player games. We have played two 3-player games with my mother-in-law. She does not like word games a lot but she wanted to play this game again. This game is like a race to see who can finish first with some random interaction caused by the cards."   Marty J. - LaCenter, WA
